In light of Citizens United v. FEC, who’s for a constitutional amendment stating that all human beings, and only human beings, are legal persons?

    When pro-choicers object that it would be ‘absurd’ to treat a fetus as if it were a person which has rights, I like to point out that we’re already recognizing Wal-Mart’s “personhood”.
